Can I convert a PowerPoint presentation without printing it?
Yes. Select a PPTX presentation, preview its slides and add the scan effect in your browser. For an older PPT file, save a PPTX copy in PowerPoint first.
What if slide fonts or layouts change in the preview?
The browser may render fonts and slide elements differently from PowerPoint. Export your presentation as a PDF from PowerPoint and check the slides there, then select that PDF here to add the scan effect. This more reliably preserves the original fonts, proportions and slide layout.
Will animations, transitions and video play in the PDF?
The result contains static images of the rendered slides. Motion effects, transitions and embedded video do not play in the scanned PDF.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
Standard and bulk scanning process source documents in your browser without sending those files to a processing server. HTML files may load linked online resources such as images or fonts while they are rendered.
Is it free, and is there a limit?
Standard scanning is free and needs no signup. Free scans have a fixed daily limit; Pro lifts it and also unlocks bulk scanning, an ad-free workspace and API access.
